Syndicated Exclusively to TV.Writer.com |

SAN DIEGO — In a move sure to spark excitement among television fans,
independent entertainment producer Random Cove has announced the first of its original
series content syndicated to a popular entertainment site. TV Writer.com has garnered
digital rights to Toga TV for an undisclosed sum. The series, a departure from the
original live-action, ensemble-cast audio serializations at the forefront of Random
Cove's expanding library, will be made available for free at the Web destination
TV Writer.com.
In the form of animated micro-spoofs of hit TV shows, Toga TV offers episodic fun for
the patience “e-mpaired” via viral distribution. That is, each episode is presented
first online to fans of TV Writer.com, but remains quick and portable for swift
download to attach as e-mail to friends and colleagues for further enjoyment.
TV Writer.com will present a brand new episode of Toga TV each week. The first three
installments, “ER,” “NYPD Blue” and “The Sopranos,” have already proven extremely
popular during test viewings.
Addressing what could be perceived as a dramatic departure from Random Cove’s regular
quality fair, company President and Executive Producer Michael Steven Gregory is quick
to point out that he views each Toga TV offering as “a brief, biting commentary on the
current trend in American society to pawn off hyper-violence as entertainment.”
TV Writer.com’s chief administrator, however, award-winning network television
producer/writer Larry Brody, sees Toga TV as simply, “Sick, fast and funny—My audience
loves them!”
Toga TV premiers exclusively at TV Writer.com this week.
